Acceptance
By using the IASE digital campus, applying to a program or purchasing tuition, you agree to these terms.
Enrolment
Admission to any program is at the sole discretion of the Institute. Tuition, refund windows and cohort dates are published on each program page and form the binding agreement upon enrolment.
Conduct
Students, faculty and staff are expected to uphold the IASE code of conduct: integrity in submitted work, respect toward every member of the cohort, and honesty about the use of AI tools.
Intellectual property
Course materials, curriculum documents and platform code are the property of the Institute. Work produced by students in the course of their studies remains their property; the Institute reserves a non-exclusive right to feature it in the Showcase.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and services are provided "as is." IASE does not guarantee employment outcomes, though we publish honest, up-to-date placement data on the Alumni page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by international arbitration standards under the seat of the Institute's registered office.
